5) Act fast if you see signs of an Impending Illness.
Go to bed and sleep. If you body is telling you to rest, you should rest.
Drink lots of fluids to keep hydrated. Avoid sugar and dairy as they stimulate mucus production.
Monitor your symptoms closely. If they get worse after a week or you have a fever lasting more than 3 days, it's a good idea to see your doctor. Don't wait too long.
I do hope these steps help in our fight against the cold or the flu. There isn't any cure for it, so these ways are our best bet.
