Today, I'll talk about Avocado Oil. This silky fruit oil, made from the flesh of the Avocado fruit,helps fight joint conditions and promotes soft skin because it packs anti-inflammatory monounsaturated fatty acids. It is an excellent dry skin moisturizer as well.
Did you know that nutritionally Avocado oil beats EVOO??
It also has an exceptionally high smoking point which makes it ideal for cooking or for using in dressings and sauces.
The downside - it's rather expensive. If you do feel like splurging though, go for refined cold-pressed Avocado oil.
